Hi there!

I’m T.C., a Perth personal trainer, who has been in the fitness industry since 2001 and have the working experiencesTC both in Australia and Singapore. I had worked in commercial fitness centres such as Fitness First Australia, hotel gyms and social club gym such as The American Club. To be honest with you, I was a cluelss personal trainer who has no purpose in life and was making a fairly comfortable living working for someone else. And had no reason to change.

Then I started realizing that life is too short to live like this and I know that most fitness centres and health clubs are not really about helping people to achieve the fitness goals they want. Personally,  I know I can give anyone much much better experience and results than any of those fitness centres. I want to be the BEST and I know I got to TAKE ACTION.  I studied everything that can help my clients get the best results. Literally everything I can get my hands on, you name it, psychology, fitness courses and seminars (some of which are just plain useless and disappointing) and books written by fitness experts. It’s not as straight forward as you think. I have to cut out the fluff and analyse what works and discard the nonsense.

Today, I’m the owner of  Get Results Personal Training that provides boot camp and personal training services in WA. I had been on the papers and radio talking about fitness and been a guest speaker at TAFE and runs kettlebell workshops in Perth for Dynobells.

Between the boot camps and personal training services, I have helped many Perth residents get into their best shapes and health without necessary being “a slave to exercise”. What do I mean? Well, I mean who wants to spend 10 hours or even 5 0r 4 hours a week exercising and end up losing all their fitness and gain all their weight back when they can’t keep up with enormous volume of exercise that has helped lose the extra weight before.

But I want to tell ya there’s really no need to do so much to get in shape. I got it all figured out… You can work out smart and still lose the weight and not struggled to stay in shape. I know it’s crazy that we have to put in so much time into exercise only to lose the toned body and all the fitness when we can’t keep up with the schedule. That’s why I spend so much time finding the best solutions to help my clients gain fitness and lose the extra weight fast and safe without taxing too much of their precious time. To me, it really puzzles me why some people would exercise for hours and hours only to achieve very little results. The worst thing is getting injured again and again because they have overdone it. Why not do what is necessary to achieve your goals and go GET A LIFE! You know those people who does those long distance races who obviously did it to lose weight but end up only to lose a couple of kilos. That’s insane! I got clients who lost 5 times more than that doing much mush less exercise and stayed injury-free. Like I mentioned, I tried and did marathon twice and bugger I only lost 1 or 2 kg and lost so much muscle tone.

Why is a guy like me running a women boot camp?

I know you may ask why is a guy like me running a boot camp only for women. Seriously, I don’t really have the answer… I started off helping women who struggle to lose weight to lose weight. I did training for men and women and certainly notice that the training goals are very different. So how the hell can you have a boot camp tailor-made for both men and women at the same time?

I had people who thought I run boot camps to check out the chicks. Damn them! I wouldn’t be in business today if that’s my agenda. Hey, I love my wife dearly and I’m a totally into training and helping women gain fitness and lose the weight.
