Hope you got a great Easter and having some rest from work. Recently, I stumbled upon this Jamie Oliver’s video on how more and more people are dying from food than homicide in the United States. Although he is addressing the people in American, he did mentioned it’s a global issue. I think Australia is very close behind to US. ‘

Seriously, you got watch this Youtube and hear what he says. You will be amazed at things like the milk we’re having is loaded with sugar that it’s as good as having soft drinks.
